### Required documents

- Make & model: The exact version helps us identify the vehicle’s technical specifications correctly. Engine capacity, fuel, power and emissions directly affect the initial estimate.
- VIN / chassis number: The chassis number uniquely identifies the vehicle. It lets us verify the exact version and identify any gaps in the file early.
- Country of purchase: The country of origin determines whether this is an intra-EU acquisition or an import from a non-EU country. Customs procedures, duties and required documents depend on this.
- First registration: The date of first registration establishes the vehicle’s age. It is essential for calculating depreciation and the associated charges correctly.
- Invoice or purchase agreement: The purchase document records the transaction and the vehicle’s declared value. It also confirms the buyer and seller details used in the file.
